Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pre-Paid Orders

• Shipping Timeline: Prepaid orders are shipped within 48 hours. A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.
• Pre-Order Products: Certain products may be available on a pre-order basis. Tentative shipping times are mentioned under the product description tab.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on selective articles.
• Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 7–8 working business days.
• Refund Deduction: In case of a product return, a shipping cost of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• Shipping Timeline: COD orders are shipped within 3–4 working days. A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.
• Shipping Charges: The Shipping Cost will fluctuate from order to order.
• Refund Deduction: In case of a product return, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the non-refundable COD shipping charges.

International Orders

For international orders, shipping charges will be applied at actuals. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes must be borne by the customer.
