Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Update

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final. Orders placed under promotional offers with free products are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Disclaimer

Please note that product images displayed on our website may undergo post-production enhancements for visual presentation. While we strive for accuracy, the actual colors and appearance of products may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings.

Returns

  • All returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
  • Our team will attempt pickup twice. In case both attempts are unsuccessful due to unavailability or any other reason, the responsibility for completion of the return/exchange will rest with the customer and we won't be held responsible.
  • Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • A logistics fee of INR 100 will be deducted from refunds.
  • Returns or exchanges are not available for international orders.

Return Process

  1. Raise a return request by emailing us at support@ah46.store with a clear photo/video showing the brand tag and plastic seal.
  2. Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days.
  3. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  4. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Gift cards and store credit remain valid for lifetime.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Eligible items may be returned per our return policy.
  • Refusing delivery will be treated as a return, and refunds will follow our return policy.
  • Pre-orders: Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this period, cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
  • Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. In case both attempts are unsuccessful due to unavailability or any other reason, the responsibility for completion of the return/exchange will rest with the customer and we won't be held responsible.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on service in your area.
  • Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If an exchange is refused after shipment, INR 100 will be deducted from your refund. Please initiate exchanges only if you intend to complete the process.
  • No returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, the price difference will not be refunded. Instead, we recommend opting for a return and selecting gift card refund for flexibility.
